Plant Care Guide: Begonia Rex Kotobuki
Begonia Rex Kotobuki // Begonia Rex-Cultorum 'Kotobuki'
This gal just glistens! Her unique deep red leaves are metallic and iridescent, and are happiest in moderate to bright indirect light. She likes things on the drier side, so be sure not to over-water. But if you've left things a little late, her leaves will start to droop, telling you she's in need of a drink.
|Likes a little attention
|Bright or medium indirect sunlight is ideal
|Not pet friendly if ingested
|Water once the top few cm of soil has dried out
These beauties thrive in humid conditions, but due to their unique leaves, do not like misting. They can adapt to drier conditions but if you're wanting to keep up those humidity levels, consider grouping your plant pals together, or a small watered pebble tray under your plant.
