Where do you ship?

To ensure our plant pals arrive in tip top condition (and comply with Australian Quarantine Laws) we currently ship plants to metro Sydney, Brisbane, Gold Coast, Adelaide, Melbourne and Canberra, as well as the NSW Central Coast, Newcastle, Sutherland Shire & Wollongong. 

All other products can be shipped nationwide. 

 

How long will my order take?

If your delivery includes plants, we will despatch your botanical besties Mon-Weds (dependent on delivery location) to ensure they spend as little time in transit as possible.

All plant pals are shipped express as standard. We’ll send you a tracking # so you can stay up to date with your delivery.

Please note all orders have a 1-2 business day processing time.

*These times are based on the best estimates of our delivery partners, but can be subject to change due to circumstances out of their control. Anything major (think floods, Covid-19, staffing shortages) we’ll provide an update here. Deliveries are conducted during business hours, Mon-Fri. Excludes public holidays. 

Not ordering plants? We’ll despatch your order within 2 business days.

Please note, delivery may take a little longer during peak times. We will endeavour to get your goodies to you ASAP.

What are your shipping fees?

Spending $150 or more? Your order will ship for free! Otherwise, our standard shipping fee is $15. 

 

How are your orders packed?

Our plant pals are shipped in custom designed packaging to ensure your new BFFs arrive in tip top condition. And better yet, all Frond packaging is eco-friendly - even down to the tape! 

Our plant boxes are made from recycled FSC Certified cardboard and are 100% recyclable and compostable. 

Our paper filler is made from Kraft FSC Certified paper, and is also 100% recyclable & compostable. 

Our clear tape and cling wrap can both be recycled with other soft plastics or disposed of in the general rubbish bin. If disposed to landfill, biodegradation is accelerated approximately 90+% faster than conventional tape or cling wrap, producing an organic natural fertiliser and no microplastics. 

Our paper tape is made from 100% recycled FSC Certified Kraft paper, is water activated and is printed using soy based inks. 

Our tissue paper is made from FSC Certified acid-free paper and is also printed using soy based inks. 

And finally, all of our promotional cards are made from 100% post-consumer recycled paper, and kept small to limit the amount of packaging material consumed by us. 

From time to time we may also re-use packaging from our suppliers. While we cannot guarantee the eco credentials of these products, we understand that their re-use limits the amount of packaging material consumed by us. 

 

Returns

What is your Returns Policy?

Your happiness is our priority! That's why we make sure your order leaves us in tip top condition.

 

Ordered a plant? 

It's our mission to ensure that every plant we send arrives to you happy and healthy. We have custom designed our packaging to protect our plant pals as much as possible during shipping, and work with delivery partners who are experienced in handling plant deliveries. 

Once your new bestie arrives, it can take a few weeks for them to get completely acclimatised to their new space. Some minor blemishes or a few lost leaves are a slight possibility, but if this happens, don't worry! Once your plant pal has got used to their surroundings, they'll soon be on top form. Check our our plant care guide to help your new bestie thrive. 

Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on plants due to change of mind, but in the unlikely event you receive a damaged plant*, we will happily send a replacement free of charge. Just be sure to contact us within 24hrs of delivery and provide some photos of your plant and packaging as evidence of the issue along with your order #. 

*Like us, the beauty of our plant pals is that each one is unique and perfectly imperfect. While we work to actively source the most stunning Fronds, it's the good health and happiness that we strive for, so a few minor cosmetic blemishes should be expected. Besides, don't we all have a few?! 

 

For all other products

If your item has arrived damaged or faulty, please send us through some photos of the product & packaging as evidence of the issue within 24 hours of delivery, and we will prioritise a replacement for you right away.

Changed your mind? You can return your item within 7 days of purchase in exchange for store credit to the same value. 

All items must be returned in original condition, including any product packaging. 

We recommend all returns are sent via Registered Post, and all postage must be pre-paid before sending. Frond Plant Supply Co will not be held responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit.
